Payments are not refundable once the order is placed.  If there is a specific and mutually recognized defect with the products we provide, order replacements  must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the items, the replacement will be for the same length, same color, same fabric. After 5 days of delivery all sales are considered final and will not be exchange.

Fabric purchases are cut to a customers desired length and are considered custom orders which cannot be exchanged or returned once cut, even within the previously allotted 5 days. Fabric purchases are considered Non refundable upon receipt of the fabric unless a mistake was made in the fulfillment of the order (IE incorrect length or color). Fabric may not be exchange due to a misunderstanding in color choice due to monitor calibrations. We understand there will be shade differences between what you view on your monitor and what arrives, but we cannot be held accountable for such differences.

SHIPPING 

When an order is place before 3:00 p.m. pacific standard time it will ship the very same day, arrival time depends  on the state its shipping to, all 50 states are different time delivery. Our free shipping is available to all states except: Alaska & Hawaii.  We provide free shipping, if for any reasons mention above a customer needs an exchange of product customer is responsible for the cost of the returned product.

We do wish to keep our customers satisfied and always try to work out a suitable compromise with the client regarding any mistakes in their order.
